Sarah Foster
Sarah has nearly 20 years of ministry leadership experience, including ten years as the Director of a licensed childcare facility. With a BS in Psychology and an MA in Counseling, she brings a deep understanding of personal development to her coaching. Married for 26 years with three children, Sarah finds great joy in helping people move forward in life, especially in areas where they feel stuck. She loves celebrating every step of progress and considers it a privilege to witness others go from surviving to thriving.
Sarah’s journey with Breakthrough to Purpose has strengthened her faith, deepened her relationships, and helped her embrace her God-given gifts. She values BTP’s focus on intentional thinking, which applies to every aspect of life and empowers impactful living. She tracks small steps forward in her calendar daily, finding joy in progress.
Outside of coaching, Sarah enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family—whether around a campfire, playing board games, or traveling together. Summer days often find her floating in the pool, and she enjoys tending to her backyard plants (even if they don’t always survive). She cherishes time spent with loved ones and the simple joys that make life meaningful.
