I AM Retreat is a spiritual experience, focusing on wellness and transformation of the soul.

Former participants have experienced major breakthroughs in their lives.

Watch the video below to hear one of these participants share about her experience at I AM.

Let's Grow Together

This weekend retreat is designed to enable individuals to identify inhibitive, behavior-driven patterns, equip them with the means to counter those patterns, and launch them into the sustaining freedom of identity-driven living.

“At I AM, I discovered lies that I’ve been telling myself my whole life. I learned how to break free from those lies and walk in the purpose God has for my life!”

-I AM Attendee

Rhonda McGinnis

Rhonda McGinnis is a licensed trauma therapist and an Educational Trainer/Strategist for the Flippen Group.  She started a practice with friends 6 years ago, which allows them to “pay it forward”, by hosting those new in the profession, helping give them a start.  Rhonda LOVES change (She admits that this can be both her hardest and best quality)! She has moved a lot, but currently lives outside Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and their son, Leo.

“About 10 years ago, God started me on the path toward wholeness and identity that wasn't based in my performance or in my fears. I am passionate about individuals discovering their identity as sons and daughters of God, growing into sisters/brothers in communities, and learning what it is to be spiritual mentors.” — Rhonda

Leah Sequeira

Leah Sequeira is the founder of Core Coaching.  She serves as a Leadership and Integrity Coach. She has worked with large audiences as well as helped individuals recognize and strive to attain unrealized dreams, helped prepare teams for the mission field, and assisted individuals in satisfying their craving to live more intentional lives, aligned with their priorities. Although she has no biological children, she has five, “adopted” 30-year-old daughters, who she adores. She currently resides in Bryan, Texas.

“In my mid-30’s, God moved me out of depression into intentional living and set me on my unique path. I currently work as an integrity coach by leading individuals through a process of discovery to their authenticity and bringing their dreams into reality. My hope is to have the opportunity to do life with more and more people until they are living out their true identity and fully free to share their gifts with others.” — Leah
